You Make the Introduction
When you identify a client who meets the qualifying criteria and has genuine interest in UK property investment, you refer them to WPP. A signed introducer agreement governs every arrangement before any introduction moves forward.
We Manage the Process
WPP manages the full client journey from initial contact to completion. Information provision, investment briefings, legal documentation support, and transaction management sit with us. We remain transparent about costs, risks, and investment characteristics at every stage.
We Process Your Fee Within 7 Days
When a transaction completes, WPP calculates your fee per the signed agreement and processes it within 7 working days. Every arrangement is contractual and documented before the introduction is made.
